A Few Tasters

You know Ellen and I love¬†photography. We shot for years before we decided to try it out as a business. I have gigs and gigs of photos pre-training/education that I love to look back over. (Some are pretty sweet and some are staying hidden forever…just like videos of me in my ballet years.) We will often snap off a few frames on our shoots that have nothing to do with the shoot–they just make a great picture. The bad thing is–they often get buried in a folder in a hard drive after a client’s gallery is produced. This year I have in mind to dig out old shots (not going to be fun), but better yet relocate little gems from shoots we do this year into a folder of all our random pictures. So here are a couple shot from earlier this month in Waller during my session with Chelsea Carter and from Houston during my session with the Pizzaro Family. (I love Houston.)

What is awesome is that from where we live, driving 20 minutes in one direction gets us shots like the first 4, and driving 20 minutes in the opposite direction gets us shots like the last 3.
